Going to Bergen

Although Bergen is Norway’s second largest city, you will find the same good atmosphere as in the small towns. Here you can see houses clinging to the mountainside, old, proud architectural traditions and lots of cozy cafes and shops in the narrow streets.

The list of things to do in Bergen is long, so make sure you have a good time. Some of the most popular attractions are Bryggen, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List , Fisketorget, Fløyen, Bergen Aquarium and KODE Art Museums and Composers’ Homes.

Since ten percent of everyone who lives in Bergen are students , something fun always happens here. Go to a concert, have an exhibition or treat yourself to something very special in the trendy shops, bars and restaurants

Bergen City Galley

Bergen is surrounded by seven mountains, so you can easily combine urban city life with outdoor activities. See the city in bird’s eye view from the top of Fløyen and Ulriken , or embark on a real western adventure in the fjord landscape.
